MYSPECIALLUX

The 3-yr-old MySpecialLux is a handsome, tall horse that wants to be careful over the fence, displaying a lot of  scope and a great attitude. He is by the 1.50m level placed I’m Special de Muze, son of Emerald out of Harrie Smolder’s EC mare Walnut de Muze.

MySpecialdeLux is, like the 1.35m level showjumping horse Ambria (Contendro II) out of the 1.35m level showjumping mare Umbria (Lux). Grandam Wilma (Farn) – her sport name was Farnessa – was placed at 1.50m level under a still young Jeroen Dubbeldam. In the 1990 European Youth Championships they won team bronze and finished individual fourth. Her most famous product is Meatloaf (Indoctro), trained by Jeroen Dubbeldam for the work at 1.60m level and herself dam of six international showjumping horses, including the 1.60m level placed P-Pilot, ridden by Wout-Jan van der Schans.

The description of the owner:

MySpecialLux is an attractive black gelding with a friendly and cooperative character. He is easily guided by the hand and also behaves exemplary with the blacksmith. He does the free jumping with great pleasure and commitment and it is easy for him. Until recently he walked in the field with his peers where he also behaves well.

It has no stable vices and is easy to load.

He comes from a well-known jumping line (Mare line 75 and Breeding family 180) with the 1.50m jumping mare “Wilma” as foundation dam, better known under her sport name “Farnessa”. With Jeroen Dubbeldam, this mare has achieved 4th place individually and 3rd team place at the European Championships in Berlin in 1990.

Several international show jumpers and ZZ horses come from this line, including Meatloaf, P-Pilot, Damian, Una Z, Princeton Z, Nahar Z, Lenoire and Umbria (U and Me) and Ambria (Amazing Black) (see stock).

MySpecialLux comes from the ZZ mare Umbria (U and me) and is her first foal after her sports career .. Umbria (Lux x Wilma / Farnessa V. Farn) was a great jumping horse who jumped 1.35 m. Courses until she jumped 1.35 m. Courses from 2015 was used for breeding. In her long sports career she has jumped several 2 star competitions and jumped during Jumping Amsterdam (see video) and won a height record competition (see photo). Her first offspring Ambria (Amazing Black, Sire: Contendro II), was born before Umbria started her sports career and was a very reliable show jumper and also jumped ZZ during Jumping Amsterdam (see video). She had to end her jumping career prematurely due to an injury.
